It is up to the person in charge to decide the worker reprimand, just be sure to follow through with other scenarios in the same way. Although it won't help much in a job search, you must still write a memorandum of recommendation when an ex-worker requests it. It'll cost you tens of thousands when you do. First, you can use insubordination forms if there is a confrontation between a boss and a jobholder. Both the accusing workers and the accused worker gave you corroborators for your list. Workers want to know why you're separating them and juries agree the employees have a right to know. In such cases you're not handling difficult employees; you're handling difficult situations. If you suspect the jobholder might do something mischievous or damaging to firm property, you might have a security guard accompany them when they clean out their desk and to escort them from company property. Any termination memorandum should clearly state the exact reason for dismissal.
